Re: Role "text" mistakenly mentioned in ARIA 1.1

We decided to to not include the new role of “text” in ARIA 1.1. There were too many concerns over it and it was felt more time was needed on it. … It was not deprecated.

I suspect it was part of an original pull request that was not fully accepted.

I am sure Joanie will correct it. Thank you.
