No ARIA Working Group meeting today (19 October)

Hey all.

Once again sorry for the late notice, but several of us are doing
everything we can so that four of our Working Group's specifications can
advance to PR. As a result, there will be no ARIA Working Group meeting
today. Let's plan on resuming meetings next week.
