Current status of Core AAM Implementations

Hey all.

The current status of the Core AAM implementations can be found here:

Good news:
* Two Linux implementations with at least 75% correctness.
  Meets our exit criteria.
* One macOS implementation with at least 75% correctness.
  Meets our exit criteria.
* One MSAA implementation with at least 75% correctness.
  Meets our exit criteria.

Uncertain news:
* We have two IA2 implementations, but there are ATTA errors which
  we need to have fixed because the results we have do not demonstrate
  75% correctness. Hopefully these are quick bugs which Jon can fix.
* We don't have the results from Microsoft for UIA.
