2. Automatic and Manual Testing

- Microsoft is now opting to do manual testing

- Given that we don't have IA2 and AXAPI automated testing should we
do manual testing
  and push automated testing off for any of these platforms?

- Should we be staffing for manual testing? If so, we need to
determine what is needed.
