Re: wiki access

There's a note in the systems channel that the network is acting badly, 
though nothing specifically about a major outage. Unfortunately I have 
seen before that password changes don't take effect immediately on all 
services, and when the network is having troubles those delays increase. 
Probably there is nothing to do but wait it out. I'll pass on any 
further information I receive. Michael
