6 day Call For Consensus regarding Resolutions from the May 26, 2016 ARIA Working Group meeting

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to the Accessible Rich Internet Applications (ARIA) Working Group regarding the following resolutions of the ARIA Working group. 

1. Publish ARIA 1.0 Primer and ARIA Authoring Practices as retired.
2. Accept proposal for the separator role to more clearly articulate its use as a splitter pane in addition to an static separator

3.   Accept proposed modification to addressing conflicts with host language semantics concerning permanently presentational elements (essential for SVG):
