ACTION-1228: Fix broken link to TPG slider example <https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/track/actions/1228> is pending review (presumably since April 2014). I had a look at the URL’s, and would like to suggest that we replace the current TPG example <http://www.paciellogroup.com/blog/misc/ARIA/slider/> with the new version that has more examples <http://files.paciellogroup.com/blogmisc/samples/aria/slider/>.

If no one has any objections I’ll assign the issue to me and edit the link.
