Updates to the APG 1.1 design pattern for tabs

Hi All,

 

I have pushed updates to the APG 1.1 design pattern for tabbed interfaces,
AKA tabs, to the editors' draft.

 

The August 22 APG agenda will include review of resolution to the following
3 issues:

Issue #14: Tab Panel keyboard interaction
