To anyone following the development of the 1.1 APG, On a regular basis, the APG task force has received feedback on out-of-date content that we have not yet touched. At the same time, the TF has received little feedback on completed work. One reason for this is that, even with editor's notes indicating which sections have not yet been updated, it has been difficult for readers to find the completed work that needs review. To help resolve this issue and make it easier for the task force to evaluate the state of the APG, last weekend I pushed a monster commit that reduces the APG editors' draft to only completed work. For all content that was removed and will be updated or replaced, I raised a corresponding issue and added it to our milestone plan. The result, for now, is a pretty skinny APG. However, it makes it much easier to know when we have reached a state of minimum viability. You can find a detailed commit statement with links to the issues I raised here: https://github.com/w3c/aria-practices/commit/eabf6ca5a102af42f876ff4856e92c8 5b735cecd We will publish a working draft in 4Q, perhaps about December 1, that will cover all ARIA 1.0 and a few aspects of 1.1. Our next milestone after that will add what is minimally require for ARIA 1.1. You can see our milestone plan here: https://github.com/w3c/aria-practices/milestones And, as usual you can find the editors' draft here: http://w3c.github.io/aria-practices/ Matt
