Thank you for your comment. The Authoring Practices document has been moved to its own repository <https://github.com/w3c/aria-practices/>. Would you be so kind as to open an issue on GitHub <https://github.com/w3c/aria-practices/issues>? We will discuss this during next weeks conference call. That said, I think it makes sense to always support home/end keys.
