This CfC received no objections, and is therefore agreed as a decision of the ARIA Working Group to include the aria-keyshortcuts attribute into ARIA 1.1 where the final text authoring guidance is subject to new, accepted ARIA 1.1 Authoring Practices text (not created yet) on aria-keyshorcuts.
