Greetings When I try to access the "AltAttribute Guidelines" section of the HTML spec, linked from this page: http://www.w3.org/TR/html-alt-techniques/ I suffer browser crashes in both IE11 and Firefox (with the Jaws screen reader running). IE tells me I do not have some program installed to view the web content, but does not specify which program it is. I have sometimes managed to access this content in the past (the content itself is great btw!), but I suffer frequent crashes and extremely slow load times when trying to do so. Shouldn't the standards documentation we publish be accessible and available for everybody, without the need of browser add-ons or upgrades? Maybe this is a problem on my end, but since I am experiencing this on multiple browsers and machines, it seems like there might be a problem with the content or the server. Just wanted to throw this question out there. Thanks -Birkir
