Team, Even though we are still about 100 issues away from our ambitions for the first publication of authoring practices as a note (see the 1.1 rec milestone[1]), I still se value in publishing the ARIA Authoring Practices 1.1 W3C Note when ARIA is announced as a recommendation rather than just continuing to publish more working drafts. Were we to do this, it would obviously call for some ruthless prioritization. There is probably only enough time to close a small handful of small to medium size issues. Questions: 1. Do you think the document is mature enough to be promoted in this way? 2. What two or three issues or sections of the document should get attention before asking for approval?
