Prioritization of issues for publication of authoring practices as a Working Group Note

Team,

Even though we are still about 100 issues away from our ambitions for the
first publication of authoring practices as a note (see the 1.1 rec
milestone[1]), I still se value in publishing the ARIA Authoring Practices
1.1 W3C Note when ARIA is announced as a recommendation rather than just
continuing to publish more working drafts.

Were we to do this, it would obviously call for some ruthless
prioritization. There is probably only enough time to close a small handful
of small to medium size issues.

Questions:

1. Do you think the document is mature enough to be promoted in this
way?

2. What two or three issues or sections of the document should get
attention before asking for approval?

Matt
