Combobox pattern review

Team,

 

I've completed a first draft of the pattern for combobox[1]. So it is well
vetted in time for publication of a heartbeat draft in the next few weeks,
please give it a read and comment in the review issue. Comments before
Sunday night will help me know if we need more agenda time on the pattern.
