First of many Monday prep steps: Review menu and menubar review issue

I am particularly hoping for input from James, Jemma, and siri on this one .
and Evan if you can .

 

There are lots of comments in the nav menubar review issue. And, We have
fixed a lot of related issues. What I want to know is whether others agree
we are in a place where we can close this out as an example ready for
release 1. Please read the review issue, look at the example page,  and and
take a look at what is open in the project.
