I filled in the missing table design pattern and did everything for an example except for the CSS. This should be a very quick job for any of you that are good at CSS.

The table pattern is ready for review in issue 526:

The work to complete the example is issue 242:

If you can complete issue 242, please reply on the list, add yourself as an owner to the issue, then submit a PR.
