monorepo PR moving

Hi everyone,

I think I've moved as many PRs as I can:

html-aam: 13 of 17
PR396 needs Scott's help - the big AAM table change makes this too messy
for me
PRs 521, 522, 538 are from forks

core-aam: 7 of 8
The missing on is Val's CSS PR which I think we don't need.

accname: 4 of 5
The missing one is a very old PR from fork

mathml-aam:  0 of 1
1 PR from fork

We're still not merging html-aria yet, right?
