Hello editors, James, Peter and I found a time when we could all meet to move forward with the monorepo proposal. We sent calendar invites for three two-hour meetings, Monday-Wednesday May 20-22nd to the editor's list. If you can attend and help, even for one day, that would be great, but no one is required. As of right now, the plan is to move forward with the monorepo, but I'd like us to better understand the work involved and whether there are hidden cons we haven't considered.
