**Engineering Check-in for the Refactor Project**

Other than Bocoup team members and James, there is no need for anyone else to attend today. We are still working on getting the refactored test plans ready for draft review. We will be talking about [PR 997](https://github.com/w3c/aria-at/pull/997) and the immediate next steps for enabling draft review of plans in the V2 format.
