The results for those three tests can be seen here: https://w3c.github.io/test-results/wai-aria/less-than-2.html. The reason I say "(officially)" is that I suspect that Firefox's IAccessible2 implementation should be a PASS and not a FAIL, and that an issue in Jon's ATTA might be the source of reported failures. In addition, if Microsoft supplies us with the UIA ARIA 1.1 test results that they have stated are forthcoming, that might be another source of a PASS for the three tests in question. Given the overall results, my belief that we actually have at least two PASSes for all tests, and a rapidly-approaching W3C publishing moratorium, I'm proceeding with the CfC now. While the Working Group considers the question at hand, I will work towards resolving the actual situation regarding the aforementioned three tests. Action This CfC is now open for objection, comment, as well as statements of support via email. Silence will be interpreted as support, though messages of support are certainly welcome. If you object to this proposal, or have comments concerning it, please respond by replying on list to this message no later than 12:00 Boston Time, Monday, 23 October 2017. For objections only, please copy the main public-aria@w3.org list to allow technical discussion of the objection to happen there. Process This CfC is conducted per the ARIA WG decision policy: https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/decision-policy
