Hey Jens, yep my personal presentation at ISTAS13 covered the definitions. I'm currently working on a paper that defines these terms and also provides worked examples for each of the cubes. I think your point about this not being a "for the public" model is accurate. In the short term consumers are just going to refer to "all kinds of digital magic" as AR.
