Hello Keith, thank you for the exciting work you are doing at the intersection of physical and digital worlds using WebGL and off-the-shelf Web components. It's a pleasure to introduce myself and the AR Standards Community to Interactive Spaces architect, Keith Hughes in cc. A group of people who seek to reduce barriers to open and interoperable AR content and experiences formed nearly 3 years ago and has been exchanging requirements and developing shared community "resources" we believe are necessary. We invite you to learn about the community and status by visiting www.arstandards.org There is also a W3C Community Group (mailing list copied) that might be of interest to you http://www.w3.org/community/ar/ To Community members: If you are not already aware of the Interactive Spaces project, unveiled in an Experience Center on the Mountain View Google campus in mid-2012, I recommend getting acquainted with the goals and architect behind it. A general intro on this blog post: http://www.robotbrains.org/xwiki/bin/view/Blog/ThedesignofInteractiveSpaces Around the same time as above, this appeared: http://google-opensource.blogspot.ch/2012/07/make-room-come-alive-with-interactive.html For those who may be interested, there is a Google mailing list and the project code may be found here: https://code.google.com/p/interactive-spaces/ Regards, -- Christine Spime Wrangler cperey@perey.com @cperey Swiss mobile +41 79 436 6869 VoIP +1 (617) 848-8159 Skype Christine_Perey Blog http://www.spimewrangler.com
