This is an editorial request for the XBL 2.0 CR Spec [1]. It would be helpful if the XBL Spec contained a section that lists the dependent specifications that an XBL user agent would need to implement in order to conform. I know the Normative References section basically does this, but not all specs in the normative references sections are required to be implemented by an XBL user agent. The list could just look like: * XML, * Namespaces, * Selectors, * Media Queries, * XML Base, * DOM-0, * etc...
