Dear Web Application Formats Working Group, I think the XBL 2.0 should define a unique string for the SVG Feature String [1], the DOMImplementation.hasFeauture[2] and such things. # the namespace for the XBL 2.0? When the XBL 2.0 is used for an SVG document, An SVG Viewer which not implements the XBL 2.0 will ignore it/them. If the XBL 2.0 defines Feature String, an author can provide fallback contents using the Conditional Process [3]. In the same way, an author can provide fallback contents, scripts, and so on.
