XBL2 Primer

Hi-

There have been several questions about real-world applications of XBL2, and
how various use cases are dealt with.  It has been discussed on this public
list before, but I wanted to make it clear that in addition to publishing
the XBL2 spec, the WAF Working Group intends to publish a primer that will
include pragmatic examples and discuss potential use cases.  It is hoped
that this will illustrate the scope and use of the specification in language
that the average Web developer will identify with and understand.

This is not to discourage suggestions or questions about the primer or the
spec... in fact, we encourage contributions to make sure that the language
will be broadly applicable.
