[CSSWG][css-anchor-position-1] Updated WD of CSS Anchor Positioning L1

The CSS WG has published an updated Working Draft of the CSS Anchor
Positioning Module Level 1:

     https://www.w3.org/TR/css-anchor-position-1/

This specification extends absolute positioning to allow a box to size and
position itself relative to one or more “anchor boxes” elsewhere on the page.

This update includes updates and clarifications from a number of issues
resolved over the last few months, including:
   * Adding physical 'flip-*' keywords to position-try.
   * Resolving auto margins to zero to quash UA stylesheet rules for popovers
that were interfering with 'position-area' alignment. :(
   * Improving accessibility guidance based on TPAC input.
   * Editorial reorganization of several sections that were hard to read!

Significant changes are listed at:
   https://www.w3.org/TR/2025/WD-css-anchor-position-1-20251222/#changes

Please review the draft, and send any comments to this mailing list,
<www-style@w3.org>, prefixed with [css-anchor-position-1] (as I did on this
message) or (preferably) file them in the GitHub repository at
   https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues

We would be particularly grateful for examples and suggestions on how to
better describe accessibility best practices for correct use of this and
related HTML/ARIA features. See
