RE: Thoughts on WebNN review

P.S. Just to ACK that Chiara also expressed interest in contributing to this
review - thanks Chaira!

As we have a few people involved, I created an issue to provide you with a
space on GitHub where you could comment on what you find, separate from the
main spec review request thread. In case it helps, it's here:
<https://github.com/w3c/apa/issues/350>

If you prefer to use the list, that's fine too. I am still (sorry!)
documenting the GitHub-based horizontal review process, but it might help to
consider that it's most helpful if APA can come to consensus on separate
issues we could file on the WebNN repo, rather than filing one big comment
with all of our concerns in it. Ensuring that each concern we have is
specific, and ideally actionable (like we offer to help them write an
accessibility considerations section, for example, if it's needed) will help
them to fix it.

We'll need to ensure that comments have APA consensus before we post them as
such, of course. And maybe, given this is only due in June, I will have
finished documenting that process by the time you need to use it to draft
some issues!

Best regards,

Matthew
