ACTION/2313: Review EditContext API

Dear colleagues,

In reference to Action 2313, I have reviewed the EditContext API spec at https://www.w3.org/TR/edit-context/.

It is a well-written spec and its intentions are good (it even mentions accessibility explicitly as one of its underpinnings); however, it lacks an accessibility considerations section.

In view of the conversations concerning explicitly stating the necessity for conformance with applicable a11y guidelines vs. implicit understanding of such, I propose adding an accessibility considerations section containing the following language:

This specification assumes that websites and applications using it take all relevant guidelines (the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as well as the Authoring Tools Accessibility Guidelines in particular and any other applicable documents in general) into consideration and practice, conforming to at least the minimum acceptable compliance levels of each.

Please respond with any and all comments on my comment.
Thanks in advance,
Best,
Fredrik
