Re: Calendar details for TPAC meetings

Hi Jason, Josh,

Thanks for your feedback, and sorry that you have now missed some meetings that you wanted to attend, and for my slow reply. I will do my best to follow up with our staff contacts here, but have you raised this with the TPAC event's team? I think that doing so either via email [1] or IRC [2]. If you use email, feel free to copy the APA chairs list, so we all get a copy too.

I understand that you are having problems joining any non-APA meetings (because the calendar tool won't show you the joining details), when logged in to your W3C account. Have you also tried the technique of subscribing to events, and accessing them via the My Calendar link from my previous email? I imagine you have, but just wondering if that gave you any error messages or anything specific we may be able to point people to.

Once again, I'll follow up as soon as I am able tomorrow morning. You should be able to attend the breakouts because their joining info is public. I'll try to get some info on the access issues you're having before Thursday, but the TPAC team (email/IRC) are likely the best port of call here, so please try them if it's practicable in your time zones.

Best regards,

Matthew

I also had this experience, as I couldn't get into the AGWG meeting (insufficient privaleges etc)

I've tried Web Performance again, and there's unfortunately a permission issue that prevents me from accessing the joining instructions.
