Based on what I've experienced so far, it appears that, unless APA is included explicitly in the W3C calendar entry, the details for joining the meeting are not available - even if you're logged in with a W3C account. So, if this is indeed the case, you may need to ensure that APA is listed in the relevant calendar entries. I know it is for at least some of the scheduled meetings hosted by other groups.
