Review of Web Platform Design Principles

I had an action to review Web Platform Design Principles:

This is mostly a set of technical principles for various technologies, 
prefaced by distillation of principles from W3C TAG Ethical Web 
Principles. The preface mentions accessibility in a couple places, about 
not harming and about maintaining security / privacy. I did not find 
other places in which I thought accessibility-specific guidance needed 
to be added, so I suggest closing the review with no comments.
