Subject: Public comment for Remote Meetings
Provide a method of allowing all captions and chat text to be recorded so that those who are Deaf/Hard of hearing/Blind to have access to the additional and sometimes important conversation happening during a presentation.
In addition, when links are provided in the chat text, screen reader users at this time do not have a method of copying or recording those links.
Visual descriptions should be also provided in both spoken language, presentations, and through ASL interpretation.
When an individual is joining a conferencing platform, announcing that a user is now in the waiting room, so that those first time users are aware of what is happening.
