In addition, when links are provided in the chat text, screen reader users at this time do not have a method of copying or recording those links. Visual descriptions should be also provided in both spoken language, presentations, and through ASL interpretation. When an individual is joining a conferencing platform, announcing that a user is now in the waiting room, so that those first time users are aware of what is happening. ________________________________ This e-mail and any files transmitted with it may contain privileged or confidential information.
