Update to Making Content Usable for People with Learning and Cognitive Disabilities

 Hello,

We are delighted to tell you that we will be updating the working
draft of Making
Content Usable For People with Learning and Cognitive
<https://www.w3.org/TR/coga-usable/> Disabilities
<https://www.w3.org/TR/coga-usable/> <https://www.w3.org/TR/coga-usable/> later
this week. Before then, you can see the revised document at
https://raw.githack.com/w3c/coga/master/content-usable/index.html

This document is for people who make Web content (Web pages) and Web
applications. It gives advice on how to make content usable for people with
learning and cognitive disabilities.

This document has content about:

   - People with learning and cognitive disabilities,
   - Personas and user needs,
   - Building in the user for user testing and research
   - Design patterns (ways) to make content usable, and
   - Advice for policy makers.

In this iteration we made the following changes:

   1. Removed or consolidated duplicate content in patterns and user needs
   - (Other sections may still have some).
   2. Added the mappings of persona, userneeds and patterns for gaps and
   duplicates in an appendix.
   3. Filled in missing aspects in the persona and patterns, so that user
   needs were better represented.
   4. Reorganized the content to focus the main portion on designers and
developers and create a more cohesive flow.
   5. Conducted editorial cleanup (punctuation, grammar, etc) of the
content to improve quality and readability.
   6. Added quotes to patterns and personas.

Feedback on any aspect of the document would be appreciated. For this
version, the taskforce particularly seek feedback on the following
questions:

   - Is the layout easy to follow?
   - Are any user needs or patterns missing?
   - Is there a need for other topics?
