Re: HTML Accessibility Review

A further update for you all...

I've reviewed seven PR-and-related commits (same results as previously in this thread) and 318 other commits. What remains are 41 of the "other" commits (those not included in the initial six-plus-one PRs to review). I am working through them, trying to determine if they are relevant.

I've attached the 41 I'd set aside as review-todo.html.

Last week we discussed that there may be an issue around videos—I did find something potentially related, regarding the captions for videos, so maybe that's one we should look at as a group.

I won't have any further time to whittle down these 41 remaining ones before the meeting alas, so I am attaching them here. Sorry it's not completely done yet; I'm mindful of the deadline. I do have a little more time today, and some tomorrow, but I also have all day Friday if that's any use (though technically that's past the deadline).
