Comment on Inaccessibility of CAPTCHA

Offer captcha verification through,
Phone number verification where user picks up the phone and is presented a code which he will then enter on his device or online where the inaccessible captcha is presented and/or
Enter one’s email address with a code or link provided  on the captcha form to be sent an email message in one’s inbox.

I do realize both options are not 100% fool proof but better then being locked out from captchas.
