Introduction

Hello everyone,

I joined the Accessible Platform Architectures Working Group as a W3C member yesterday, so wanted to introduce myself. (If this post sounds familiar, I posted on the WAI-IG list earlier, partly as I thought it was the general discussion forum for APA; it was helpfully suggested that it’d be a good idea for me to post here too :-).)

I am on the technical team at The Paciello Group, performing audits and helping clients with accessibility remediation and accessible design work. Before TPG I was in academia, working on projects ranging from accessible gaming and documents to using adaptations for accessibility with the aim of helping older people sustain their autonomy in ICT use [0].

I’m looking forward to learning more about the APA group’s work, and contributing where I can.

best regards,

Matthew
