I've looked at Rich's comments and suggest that APA adopt them as 
official feedback on the Input Events spec.

All but one of Rich's comments are editorial. One of those highlights 
the fact the spec points to the WHATWG specification, which is something 
that should be changed anyway, but which has particular relevance here 
because of the better focus on accessibility within the W3C HTML standard.

The fifth comment is technical and I suspect it will generate further 
discussion between APA and WebPlat (specifically the Editing TF of same).

Happy to file these as Github issues if APA agrees with this course of 
action?
