I don't support this CFC. This is an interesting and enormously interesting area, but I'm concerned about incubating it in isolation. It would be disappointing to see time and effort put into these proposals, only to find out later that there is little or no interest from implementors, authors, and others. My suggestion is to focus the TF on producing the first two deliverables mentioned in the work statement: * Gap analysis * Use cases and requirements document That would then enable us to take these documents to the wider community for comment, and enable us to ascertain whether there is sufficient interest from implementors and authors, before getting into the detail of proposing a specification and/or specific approach (something that should be done with much wider input in any case).
