Friday's meeting - suggested agenda item

Hi AFCG folks,

It was nice seeing many of you in Japan last month, and I'm excited to
build on that momentum heading into 2026! Some of you might have seen
Dennis's post in our github repo - I'd propose that we use this Friday's
meeting to review and discuss Private Access Control Tokens (PACT)
<https://github.com/antifraudcg/proposals/issues/22>.

I'm particularly excited about the prospects of this proposal as it intends
to solve for the ecosystem and web openness problem while providing strong
signals for fraud detection and measurement.

Can we use the scheduled time on Friday to review and discuss?
