March 4th meeting *cancelled* and Charter Adoption

Hi all,

Since we don't have much on the agenda this week, we've decided to cancel
this week's meeting. Our next meeting will be March 18th. Please file an
issue at https://github.com/antifraudcg/meetings or reach out to the chairs
if there are particular items you'd like to present or see presented at CG
meetings.

In regards to the Charter, seeing no opposition on Call for Consensus for
the CG Charter, it has been officially adopted at
https://antifraudcg.github.io/charter.html. One outstanding issue is to
amend it to take into account developments on use cases. If there are other
changes to the charter, please file issues at
https://github.com/antifraudcg/antifraudcg.github.io/issues so we can keep
track of them and assemble them into further amendments.
