April 15th Meeting *cancelled* and Use Cases Proposal

Hi all,

As a reminder, per our previous meeting, there won't be a meeting this
week. The next meeting will be April 29th.

In the meantime, there's an open call for adoption on

*Please provide feedback/support on the thread to help determine if it's
ready to be adopted by the CG.
