Annotea Ubimarks version 0.2.6

I did some ui changes for pagemarks and topicmarks windows that can be 
used to follow links to find other similar bookmarks on a page. Adding 
one button to show bookmarks under a topic meant again a change from a 
listbox to a grid widget and doing a lot of things by hand. I hope there 
will be a new version of xul soon as little additions would make so much 
difference.

There is still ui work to do as bugs slowed it down a lot and 
unfortunately firefox and mozilla bugs behave differently with the 
versions I use.

I also now handle the redirected pages so that if a user followed a 
bookmark to a page that was redirected the pagemarks are shown from both 
the original and the redirected page.

I have done some work with EricP with the bookmark server but that is 
not included yet.

Next I will do more writing/page updating and get back to the status 
etc. discussions.
