I'm experimenting with loading several bookmark files in ubimarks. Some of 
them may be http:// and others local. For instance, I may share a common 
http:// topic hierarchy document with others while storing other bookmarks and 
topic hierarchies locally.

In Amaya Jose used a local file:// URL for the HomeTopic. I think it makes 
sense to use global http:// HomeTopic because I think it helps merging several 
bookmark files from the user's point of view. I want to take that direction 
now with ubimarks and experiment with it.

Is there any reason why I should not use 
http://http://www.w3.org/2002/01/bookmark#MyHomeTopic ? 
We can add it to the schema later.
