Early Annotea shared bookmarks ui work on Mozilla

I promised to open up our Annotea development and start sharing more work 
and discussions here early, and this is very early, so don't expect too much.

This link contains some early Annotea shared bookmarks ui prototyping while 
learning Mozilla, Javascript etc.

It is NOT a functioning tool yet and it only has parts of the ui. But it 
will hopefully help when Jose will start developing the Annotea library 
part in August .

I will be updating the code regularly as I advance.

I'm also looking into setting up CVS , Bugreporting etc. to better 
collaborate with others wanting to help us.
