There will NOT be a Web Annotation Working Group call on 21 October due to a unavailability of co-chairs and W3C staff. OUR NEXT Web Annotation Working Group call will be on 28 October. This call will be critical in working towards transition to Proposed Rec. Please make best effort to join. (Shane, I think you indicated you would be unavailable on 28th? We will do best before and after to work around your anticipated absence during the call.) - On 28th we will discuss and update open issues, with the goal of finally resolving any issues still open that are not marked deferred until next version. - Our other goal is to have completed testing by 28th, so on this call we will discuss whether we have done so, and if not what needs to be done to complete testing. In November - We are tentatively planning to meet on 11 November, pending further feedback from WG members. This is Armistice Day / Remembrance Day / Veterans Day in a few jurisdictions, so we will cancel if too many WG members unavailable. - We will NOT meet on 25 November due to Thanksgiving holiday in US. - Decision about meeting other Fridays in November will be made later based on number and priority of pending agenda items. Thanks, Tim Cole University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
