Due to absences and not much new for the agenda, I'm cancelling the Web Annotation WG call scheduled for 4 November. The break will allow several of us to spend more time on getting together what is needed to exit CR.

The WG will convene next week as regularly scheduled on 11 November. The main topics will be issue updates and readiness to exit CR and move forward to PR.
