@paolociccarese Agree 100%. The definition and scope of motivation has changed over the years but it is still pretty close. I think it is important to surface where some of @gsergiu's concerns have previously been discussed and remind ourselves about the predicate's origins. Moving forward, the standard we have in hand is very flexible and strong. We should table this discussion.
