@jjett yes ... I have too the feeling that the Motivation is used by the community as workaround for the missing hierarchy of annotation types and even body types. as @pciccarese explained .. motivation was not meant for that ... but have the feeling that the motivation and the purpose will be used to replace the lack of standardized types/classes. I think that especially the hierarchy of Asses Action <=> assessing is omething that is already present with a large coverage in social media and forums.
