Reminder Web Annotation WG Call and CFC responses due Friday

Reminders:

1. CFC - If you haven't already done so and want to weigh in, please respond the Call For Consensus before start of Web Annotation WG conference call at 11 AM Eastern Daylight Savings time tomorrow (Friday).  (http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-annotation/2016Mar/0078.html)

2. WG call - And please join the WG call to talk about and begin planning for Testing of he model, vocab, and protocol specs. Agenda and logistics in the email appended below.  If connecting to WebEx via your computer remember that you will first need to enter the meeting number (645 413 954)  and then you will prompted for the password (email me if you don't have that password).

We need to identify the features present in each of our 3 specs and define test cases / scenarios and methods that will be used to test these features. For additional context, please see: https://www.w3.org/QA/WG/2005/01/test-faq. Old but it does give some background if you're new to the W3C testing process.
