As discussed on the call yesterday, this is a call for consensus to publish new Working Drafts of the existing specifications:

* Web Annotation Data Model

* Web Annotation Protocol
  Publish: http://w3c.github.io/web-annotation/protocol/wd/

  To: https://www.w3.org/TR/annotation-protocol/


And to publish a First Public Working Draft of:

* Web Annotation Vocabulary
  Publish: http://w3c.github.io/web-annotation/vocab/wd/

  With Short Name: annotation-vocab
  To: https://www.w3.org/TR/annotation-vocab/



Please note that there are a few minor editorial notes from Ivan, listed here:
    https://github.com/w3c/web-annotation/issues/186

Which should not have any bearing on the CFC.   Please add any further editorial requests to github.
